What a turnkey renovation covers

Why start early before the season?

Most hotels and restaurants in Antalya want to open the new season refreshed, and workshops and suppliers get busy at the same time. If the survey, design approval and production schedule are settled in winter, fit-out can finish before the season. Timing depends on the project, so we set the schedule together in the quote. Can we renovate while the business stays open?

Depending on the project we can work in phases, e.g. floor by floor or block by block in a hotel, or the terrace first and then the dining room in a restaurant. We plan this during the survey.
