When opening a new café, furniture makes up a large part of both the budget and the atmosphere. Preparing the list area by area prevents both missing items and unnecessary purchases.
1. Divide the space
Start by splitting the plan into:
- Main room
- Terrace or garden (if any)
- Bar counter
- Lounge or waiting corner
2. Work out seating capacity
Measure each area and draw the table layout on paper. For table edge per guest, table height and aisle widths, use the starting figures in our restaurant and café table layout post.
3. Main items
- Chairs: Using the same model indoors and outdoors (e.g. Siesta Maya or Air) gives flexibility between seasons.
- Tables: You can choose base and top separately, e.g. the Moon Fixed base. For ready-made tables there are models such as the Air Table 140.
- Bar stools: 65 or 75 cm depending on counter height; see our bar stool post. E.g. Nes Bar 75 cm.
- Lounge: Armchairs and sofas, e.g. Rapido Modul.
4. Items people forget
- Spare chairs: A few extra for busy days and possible damage
- Cushions: Comfort and colour for hard seats (Gia Chair Cushion)
- High chairs for children
- Outdoor storage: Space for stacking furniture in winter
5. Colour and material harmony
Choosing two or three colours that match the floor, walls and counter makes the space feel more cohesive. Compare colour options on product pages and ask us about samples (availability depends on the product).
6. Delivery and installation
Add furniture delivery to your opening schedule; lead time depends on product and quantity and is given in the quote. We deliver and install across all districts of Antalya and throughout Türkiye.
Send us your list by adding products to your quote list, and we'll prepare a quote for your quantities.
